Are you repeating old hurts in new relationships? It's possible you've inherited a relationship template and operating system from childhood that's proving unreliable and outdated. For some of us, it's better labeled attachment trauma. There's a range of behaviors influencing how we show up in relationships, specifically our comfort levels with emotional availability. Secure relating is a learned skill.


Insecure attachment means we mostly respond with either preoccupied-anxious neediness or fearful-dismissive avoidance. We enter a push-pull, distancer-pursuer relationship dance. It's distressing and undermines trust. It ruins intimacy - which means you're set up to fail in love.

The good news is I teach new dance steps that break this cycle. I show people how to go beyond their learned anxious or avoidant relating, and instead move towards trusting, secure relating. In our work together, I will help you learn better bonding skills that improve your relationships.
